Arthur CUSD 305 - Bond Referendum
Shall the Board of Education of Arthur Community Unit School District Number 305, Douglas, Moultrie, Coles, Piatt, and Champaign Counties, Illinois, alter, repair, and equip the Arthur Lovington and Atwood-Hammond Grade School Buildings, including constructing secured entryways, build and equip an additional to and alter, repair, and equip the Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond High School Building, including replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $30,600,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?
Lincolnshire Fields Fire Protection District - Limiting Rate Increase
Shall the limiting rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for the Lincolnshire Fields Fire Protection District, Champaign County, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to .1205% above the limiting rate for the purpose of providing fire protection service to the Lincolnshire Fields Fire Protection District for levy year 2022 and be equal to .2500% of the equalized value of the taxable property therein for levy year 2022.
1. The approximate amount of taxes extendable at the most recently extended limiting rate is $101,261.00, and the approximate amount of taxes extendable if the proposition is approved is $199,963.00.
2. For the 2022 year the approximate amount of additional tax extendable against property containing a single family residence and have a fair market value at the time of referendum of $100,000.00 is estimated to be $68.33.
3. If the proposition is approved, the aggregate extension of 2022 will be determined by the limiting rate set forth in the proposition, rather than the otherwise applicable limiting rate calculated under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law (commonly known as the Property Tax Cap Law).
Mahomet-Seymour CUSD 3 - Bond Referendum
Shall the Board of Education of Mahomet-Seymour Community Unit School District Number 3, Champaign and Piatt Counties, Illinois, build and equip a school building to replace the Mahomet-Seymour Junior High School Building on a different site owned by said School District, build and equip a transportation facility to replace the existing transportation facility, build and equip additions to and alter, repair and equip existing school buildings, improve sites and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $97,900,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?

Shall the trustees of the Sangamon Valley Public Water District be elected, rather than appointed?
St Joseph CCSD 169 - Limiting Rate Increase Referendum
Shall the limiting rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for St. Joseph Community Consolidated School District Number 169, Champaign County, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.2200% above the limiting rate for school purposes for levy year 2020 and be equal to 2.5500% of the equalized assessed value of the taxable property therein for levy year 2022?
1) The approximate amount of taxes extendable at the most recently extended limiting rate is $3,454,010, and the approximate amount of taxes extendable if the proposition is approved is $3,780,140.
2) For the 2022 levy year the approximate amount of the additional tax extendable against property containing a single family residence and having a fair market value at the time of the referendum of $100,000 is estimated to be $73.33.
3) If the proposition is approved, the aggregate extension for 2022 will be determined by the limiting rate set forth in the proposition, rather than the otherwise applicable limiting rate calculated under the provisions of the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law (commonly known as the Property Tax Cap Law).
